Introduction
The Spy Who Fired Me is an article about the effects of digital monitoring in the workplace in all companies. In this case, digital monitoring means how workers are being monitored frequently and how their performance has been evaluated. According to the article, there are several categories of technologies to monitor the activities of a worker. A study from the American Management Association found that around 70% of managers use the internet to monitor their workers, and 44 % use email to monitor their workers. Worker monitoring allows a business to track worker actions and monitor worker commitment with workplace-related activities. A company using worker monitoring on a computer can evaluate productivity, monitor attendance, and ensure security in the workplace.
From a planning perspective, how would you go about installing such a system into a company where you work? (chapter 1 and chapter 5)

Giving employees a tutorial will show them how flexible the system is to operate, and it will definitely moderate some of the confrontations to adoption (Tredinnick, & Laybats, 2019). Also, the workers feel much comfortable if the company proves that it’s open to their suggestions.
Regarding human resource management, what steps would you take to ensure that this system will work properly in your company? (chapter 11)
The function of some Human Resource Management is to lecture, develop, and educate employees in the company with an aim to boost worker productivity and improve organizational effectiveness (Bailey et al. 2018). A significant issue where Human Resource Management can offer valuable insight is the area of worker performance evaluation. Furthermore, Human resource management professionals must guarantee that both employees and technological procedures work effectively and in line with the general organizational policies. More significantly, to play the main role in encouraging ethical business cultures, Human Resource Management will need to engage in a system of interconnected and well-coordinated activities carefully. This comprises the incorporation of ethics in leadership development programs that promote an ethical culture and reinforce ethical decision-making.
