Society benefits from the improvement and development of organizations. Organizational Development (OD) is a step to adopt change within an organization to build it and maintain a certain system of management. An organizational consultant is a planner in an organization's development and mostly from a contractual basis and improves the organization. The two are interrelated in the aspect of the development of the organization.
