Despite the project looking promising on paper and having spent a whopping amount on it, we have discovered that it is not feasible and cannot, therefore, have any competitive edge. In spite of everything, the failure has been a whole learning experience. Although we the project looks “great on paper,” we cannot proceed with it. In light of this, we have to re-strategize to come up with a product that will compete accordingly and probably help our organization recoup its losses. The foremost recommendation that I have made is that the whole developing team do a brainstorming. Using this technique, the team will generate ideas or attempt at finding a solution for the problem at hand (Schwalbe, 2019). The ideas will be collected at random and without judgment.
