Response paper. You are the future leaders of tomorrow

Coursework Instructions:

You are the future leaders of tomorrow.
You have dedicated your time, energy, and financial resources towards earning a college degree.
Based on responses I have received from previous classes, I would suspect that at this stage in your life, a majority of you are less concerned with changing the rules of this Game of Life we are all playing, and you are more concerned with "Winning."
Winning meaning getting a job, buying a car, buying a house, having health insurance, having a 401k, getting promoted, getting married...Do you see the pattern? These are all things that benefit you directly, and don't really help others around you or make this world a better place.
Now I don't blame you. You have worked hard, you deserve these things, and really at this stage in your career, do you have the power to change the rules of the game? Probably not.
But when you have power, when you have authority, when you hold a leadership position, and the influence to make a difference; I ask that you become an idealist. That you do not forget the struggle that each and everyone of us experiences as human beings, and that you take the time and effort, and energy to help others to make the climb. Because I guarantee there were others that helped you along the way. So pay it forward.
The article you are about to read focuses primarily on Servant Leadership (SL), with Ethical & Authentic thrown into the mix for a little spice, and flavor. All of these leadership styles have elements you should consider adopting as a future leader. SL is positively associated with a number of organizational, and individual outcomes. Further, SL is what leadership ideally should be all about. Serving your followers (employees), raising them up, helping others, and the community.
Your response paper should be no fewer than 2 pages Times New Roman 12pt. double spaced. A response paper is intended to capture the following:

Morality forms such as authentic and ethical leadership have seen flow in interest in the current century. This has led to the propagation of moral leadership resulting in an empirical overlap and theoretical ambiguity. The author’s integrative analysis of this article shows a connection with philosophical morality which provides a framework used for differentiating various moral contents (Lemoine, G. J., et al 2019). Therefore, the main topic the author addresses is how morality impacts leadership by describing three forms of moral leadership.
The author addresses several major points and criticism of ethical, servant, and authentic moral forms of leadership. He states that condemnations of leadership have been there all through and it is because of perceived overlapping constructs, inadequate theoretical developments, redundant results, and doubtful measurements. The author also poses a question on whether scholarly articles repeat the same mistake done before. There exists conflict between several styles to moral leadership as highlighted by the connection between each style. This review also clarifies points of differentiation and integration between moral styles to leadership and describes paths to improve future research works that inform the entire leadership sphere and build complementary knowledge but not redundant knowledge concerning moral leadership (Lemoine, G. J., et al 2019).
The author cited common theories that describe empirical similarities between ethical, servant, and authentic leadership. Common theories describe the relationship between outcomes and each moral form of leadership. These theories include Social exchange theory, Self-determination theory, Social learning theory, Social cognitive theory, and social identity theory (Lemoine, G. J., et al 2019). Social learning and social exchange theories explain the impacts of each moral leadership form and they jointly account for about three-quarters of the research that guides theoretical perspective. Social identity theory, social cognitive theory, and self-determination theory point at the theoretical unity of moral approaches. All these theoretical approaches have resulted in setting up of a unit of research which contains empirical differences and similarities since they all revolve around similar groups of mediating c...
