Which of these five techniques will be most difficult for you as you work toward problem solution implementation within your organization?

The most difficult technique for me will be answering questions with confidence. Reason being that even with adequate preparation, it is still impossible to predict what kind of questions the audience is likely to ask. All other techniques, e.g., forming alliances, preparation, message positioning, and keeping information simple, do not involve direct interaction with the audience.
Discuss why a particular technique may be difficult, and provide your peers with specific ideas for overcoming obstacles to solution approval and implementation.

The first reason why I find this technique difficult is that it's difficult to predict the audience's response in advance. The audience can ask challenging and, at times, distractive questions that can throw you off balance. Instead of focusing on the questioner's motive, the best technique is to answer the questions candidly. Treat every question as reasonable and substantive no matter how demeaning it may seem to be (Singh & Dwivedi, 2014). Focus on the question and not the questioner.
