Advanced Enterprise Integration: Technologies and Applications  - Advanced course on the integration of information technology into systems applications.

This course expands the knowledge gained on the theories and skills required for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the integration of enterprise information systems. This course is designed around real-world problems and projects involving enterprise systems integration. A major component of the course will be a group-based project, which analyzes and proposes solutions to a problem case regarding systems integration needs of an enterprise.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Analyze and model complex enterprise integration problems
  • Design possible solutions to a complex enterprise integration problems
  • Evaluate possible problem solutions and articulate the business case for the recommended solution
  • Prototype the recommended enterprise integration solution
  • Understand the major types of technologies used in enterprise systems integration
  • Understand different approaches and methodologies for performing enterprise systems integrations
  • Reduce the risks in implementing an enterprise systems integration solution
