After having read and reviewed both documents, discuss the means by which implicit bias, social inequities, and racism undermine health and create challenges to achieving health equity at the organizational, community, and societal levels.

However, recent studies in the health sector have proven that racial bias, social inequalities, and racism undermine health. Arguably, these factors have hindered the achievement of health equity at all social levels, particularly in organizations, communities, and other societal groups. First, social inequalities and racism involve instances where communities of inferior races suffer from discrimination based on their ethnicity.
