I would begin by running a full activity report on the nurse's ADC transactions and comparing it with the medical records. I would then evaluate the nurse's practice in administering medications (Peppin et al., 2018). Given the nurse is a member of the healthcare team, I would generate relevant EHR data, including electronic records, to evaluate how the nurse interacts with the medications he/she handles.
