S: To guide learners on how to participate in the learning process entirely so that they can contribute positively to the academic community and benefit by obtaining relevant knowledge and skills.
M: I will encourage learners to ask questions or seek clarification when they need a proper understanding of what is taught in the classroom.
A: I will meet this goal during my practicum.
R: I will remain open-minded and free to students so that it can be easy for them to ask questions about things that they do not understand. That way, I will offer detailed explanations so that students can comprehend the concepts comprehensively.
T: I can achieve this goal during my practicum.
Goal 2
S: To develop a curriculum that meets students’ needs and encourages them to apply the concepts they have obtained in the classroom within the organizational environment.
M: I will use different assessments, including surveys, to get feedback about the curriculum, teaching strategies, and other relevant things that determine learners’ success within the academic community and organizational environment.
A: I will achieve this goal during my practicum.
R: Creating real-life opportunities or simulations where students can apply the concepts they have obtained to make proper decisions or solve problems.
