Blended training is more effective since different people understand things using distinctive strategies (Kho et al., 2018). For example, some individuals like online training while others prefer to read books or pamphlets. When hospital employees are trained in emergency management and preparedness using a blended learning method, everyone has a high likelihood to comprehend how to respond when a disaster occurs. In the digital era, individuals should not be restricted by only one way of doing things. They should be exposed to various learning methods so that all of them can understand fundamental concepts and be ready to use them when responding to emergencies.
