The article makes several claims and they all make sense. The article primarily focuses on broccoli, providing almost all information about the vegetable. Some of the benefits of broccoli mentioned in the article include fighting cancer, strengthening of bones, reduction of cholesterol, and immunity improvement. I think of these claims as well as others mentioned in the article make sense.
It is inferable that the information provided in the article is sourced from credible sources.
