A 14 year old male patient presents to the office with a complaint of wheezing. He had this problem once before at age 2 and it was associated with an URI. His symptoms started 3 days ago, along with a runny nose and low grade fever. He is coughing and c/o increased SOB and chest tightness with exertion. His mother is also concerned with a rash that he has had for “a while”. His skin has dry patches that turn pink at times and itch. The patches are more pronounced in his AC spaces. He is currently taking Robitussin and Delsym for his symptoms. His mother gave his an albuterol treatment that she had at home for his older brother. His mother is using a moisturizer on the area of skin without much relief. Vitals: 98.8, 22, HR 112, BP 80/60. Weight 150 lbs.
