The group members were expected to work together before and during the implementation of the HRIS project that required data entry, tracking, and management to support human resources. Centralizing the human resources operations was also one way to improve productivity.

The main communication channels are verbal and written communication, where verbal communication helped coordinate with the team members and solve problems. Written communication is easy to preserve where there is a record of the project team members' evidence.
