Yes, I believe that companies have a social responsibility to serve the communities and contribute to their well-being. For instance, organizations can advocate for women’s rights, protect the communities, and obliterate poverty. In addition, businesses have a positive public reputation for facilitating their business operations and accomplishing the set goals in such a case. Moreover, socially responsible companies have an opportunity of attracting and retaining customers, which is a fundamental strategy for their success. Equally, such organizations attract competent employees who contribute towards overall productivity and profitability. As such, they have a competitive advantage over their close rivals in the market.
