Employee thoughts and actions are related in various aspects. These elements affect innovation and creativity, which may increase productivity. Research shows that employees with positive thoughts are more likely to make meaningful suggestions or opinions that promote the growth of an organization (Rafferty & Minbashian, 2019). The two organizations I have previously worked for have been accompanied by a disparity between the verbalized culture and the actual behavior. My first organization firmly focused on family culture.
