Organizations continue to constantly improve their products and the electronic industry is a big player in technological innovations. Beat by Dre speaker has been innovated recently with a target for music lovers for easier portability as they can walk or travel listening to music anytime. This is a market niche that is targeted by Beat by Dre speakers. Market implementation is a wide field and there are several factors and validates some of the assumptions made in planning.
Prototyping Assessment
Validating the project begins by understanding de-risking factors for the project delivery. Prototyping is vital in venture assessment as it helps in assessing the projects by having simple experiments and tests (Lautenslager, 2005). Validation assesses the product demand and gives a clear backlog between the product and the business risks that affect project delivery. In the implementation process, strategic-centric validations including product prototyping are also crucial in resource estimation, budgeting, and schedule development. The following can be done in a prototyping assessment.
Validating The Demand Of The Product
As explained in the plan of the project, the demand for Beat by Dre speaker is high in the recent market. For instance, Beat by Dre speakers is going to cut off some of the features by a third, increasing its quality for the paying customer.
Risk Analysis
During the prototyping assessment, the tests and experiments will help in detecting some potential risk in the business. This created risk awareness and provided some preventive measures towards it.
