In researching and writing the course comprehensive project, I developed significant competencies. They include credible scholarly databases, how to get proper and reliable academic sources, and the formal way to present my findings. I have leveraged the knowledge gained in the intellipath assignments by ensuring that I used current and credible sources to complete my comprehensive project. In addition, I paraphrased, put in-text citations, and reference all the sources used. The competencies I have developed will significantly support my career advancement in management since they will promote my lifelong learning and facilitate the proper representation and application of the knowledge gained in the real world.
The important elements of the strategy include the feasibility of goals or objectives to be achieved, the action plan, core values, and localization. These factors significantly determine the success of a specific strategy.
