This task will need to include relevant aspects from Proposal as this is the completed plan and its justification for it. The full marketing plan can include but not confined to the following components. As a group, you should discuss and decide what are the components you choose to include that suit your specific marketing organisations case/opportunity. It’s not necessary to include all the components. Some components listed below may not be relevant to your specific to your marketing situation. For example, if the product pricing is fixed and cannot be changed, and the pricing strategy is less relevant.

2. Summary of Goals and Recommendations
One of the core objectives of V2food is to offer plant-based meat products that are tastier than the various forms of vegetarian foods, such as veggie burgers. Therefore, the company’s products would be suitable for the groups, who like taking meat. The company has an opportunity for growth and expansion based on the extra health benefits of offered products. Therefore, it will be essential to enlighten the target consumers about plant-based foods (Krizanova et al., 2019). According to the company’s SWOT analysis, one of the most feasible ideas for the company is the concept of producing and providing plant-based meat products. Fig 1.1 illustrates the critical objectives of V2food in providing quality service to the customers based on affordable pricing.

If the company utilized its key strengths and opportunities, it would be easier to accomplish the core set objectives. Following the intense competition in the food industry, V2food would need to be vigilant in providing alternative products to facilitate the expansion of the business.
5. Situational Analysis/Company background
V2food is one of the Australian enterprises that deal with processed foods. The company started its operations in early 2019 based on an investment of $79 million. Currently, the organization has a total of 130 employees in various departments. One of the critical objectives of V2food is to operate sustainably in the highly competitive industries of selling herbal food products that can replace meat (Remane et al., 2017). According to the findings of V2food’s website, burgers, sausages, sauce, and famous mince are the main product lines for the company. Although the company started by offering Hungry Jack’s fast-food chain, it expanded its operations into the retail channel in 2020. As such, its products are available in over 600 Woolworth’s stores. Research findings indicate that the meat industry in Australia is highly competitive but fragmented. Therefore, V2food would have a competitive advantage over close rivals by offering differentiated food products.
