Based on the Organizing Framework, the most important outcome that is not being achieved is group cohesion and conflict. Therefore, Facebook is experiencing a lack of group cohesion, as evidenced by Zuckerberg's conflicts with key executives. As Zuckerberg, I have realized that the departures of the founders of Instagram and Whatsapp point to a clash of values between them and me. This lack of group cohesion is a major problem because it affects teamwork and company performance.
Step 2
The major cause of the problem, as can be deduced from the case, is differing values. Executives that left the company valued privacy and data protection, while as the CEO, I believe using advertising to make money should be a priority.
Step 3
Integrating is the most feasible solution to the lack of group cohesion in the company. As noted by Kinicki (2020), integrating is appropriate when commitment is necessary from other parties...
