This could be achieved through various approaches, including purchasing new technology, improving services quality, and reducing wastage. Lean approach helps informs the use of particular approaches, such as single-piece production, mass production, for firms with low or high employee’s numbers. Since the lean approach is not strictly limited, incorporating staff education into the system help reduce the non-value activities such as cost requirements for equipment, energy materials, and labor (Pech & Vaněček, 2018).
