The nature of operations management in the organization
The Nissan Company has a defined production system that can be explained as the part of the company involved in the production of cars. The activities involve a predefined flow of resources to produce high-quality products per the company's set of policies. By evaluating the production process, key observations include: the production system's main objective is to create high-quality automotive, various inputs are transformed to useful outputs, and there exists a feedback channel to ensure both the control and improvement of the performance.
To have effective operation decisions, the company has ensured it has effective management. The staff is committed to addressing the company's vision, plans, evaluating progress, recognizing excellent performance, and managing accountability. One of the significant responsibilities of the management is to provide a basic corporate government policy. It involves clarifying the duties and individual responsibilities of the workforce (Lee, 2019).

* Ethnicity. The company must strive to maintain racial practices to avoid staining the organization.
