According to the case study, Marilyn Winn is a human resource manager who intends to pitch her ideas on keeping their Casino’s incentive plans fresh for their competitive advantage.
According to Loveman’s recommendations, I would advise her to reevaluate her concept of a gain-sharing plan (Delong & Vijayaraghavan, 2002). The incentive program should be achievable based on the profits and operating income of the company.
