According to the case study, Marilyn Winn is a human resource manager who intends to pitch her ideas on keeping their Casino’s incentive plans fresh for their competitive advantage.
According to Loveman’s recommendations, I would advise her to reevaluate her concept of a gain-sharing plan (Delong & Vijayaraghavan, 2002). The incentive program should be achievable based on the profits and operating income of the company. The employees should be rewarded based on the business’s returns, which should reflect the number of incentives made over a certain period.
