Alternative One
The company has largely operated in the north American market and there is need to expand. As such, considering the company has been quite restricted relative to the market, as part of alternative strategy there need to grow into new markets. This is to mean that the company can work with the old products and introduce them in the new markets. This means that they do not have to come up with new products as they have managed to refine the old ones.
