Calculations: Calculate the client's target heart rate using the Karvonen formula.
Training Program: Design a full 12-week periodized training program for the client described in the Client Profile. Be very specific as you design the training program. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your full comprehension of the information and concepts discussed throughout the course. List the types of exercise, duration, sets, reps, rest intervals, and so on.
Include the following in your case study submission:
A description of your professional responsibilities as discussed in the stages of the drawing-in process (Unit 12)
Discussion of any fitness tests, methods of evaluation, and data collection used to assess and evaluate the client's needs
Specific conditions that you have identified in the client profile
A fully detailed 12-week comprehensive and periodized training program including specific exercises, sets, repetitions, suggested rest times, etc. Use an integrated approach in your program recommendations.
Specific and detailed nutritional strategies and an explanation as to how the strategies will assist the client in meeting energy needs
Explanation for your chosen assessment, programming, and nutritional recommendations. (Be sure to reference course concepts when discussing rationale for your recommendations.
Keep in mind that a client should be able to take your program and put it into practice without having to contact you to clarify what you intended by your recommendations or to explain parts of your program.
Don't forget your explanation for WHY you listed and recommended what you did. Reference the concepts and theories covered in the course. Be sure to address why the program and exercises recommended are appropriate for the specific client given the client's history, current abilities, and intended goal(s). For example: if you are developing a program for a beginner client without any resistance training experience, explain how your program addresses the lack of experience, initial need for foundational development, process by which you would safely progress the client, etc. Tying your program to course concepts is a critical component of your case study.

She is eager to start a program to lose the baby weight. She can dedicate 3 or 4 days per week to exercise and is willing to sign on for 12 weeks to start.

Introduction
Before calculating Selina Kyle’s target heart rate, it was essential to conduct a brief interview. She was called to the clinic for this purpose and was asked some questions. Once she responded, we got to know that Selina had her first baby a few months ago. After that, she gained too much weight, and it became difficult for her to get rid of obesity. However, she looked determined to tone her body (Porapakkham et al., 2010). She told us that she was not doing exercises regularly due to the lack of time and the responsibilities of the house. She loved dancing and took occasional yoga classes, but all these things did not help her much as she had become overweight. She needs a 12-week program that can help her shed extra pounds, but the effectiveness of the program depends on how actively Selina Kyle participates in the day-to-day activities and how fast she is at learning new workouts (Casillas et al., 2014).
Fitness Tests, Exercises, and Evaluation of Selina Kyle’s Health
Selina has signed a 12-week fitness program, and after collecting the payment, her exercises and equipment in the gym will be reviewed. She will be taught how to use different exercise machines inside the gyp, especially the use of PVC pipe that will help the client shed extra pounds within the set time. She will also be taught to make the best use of dumbbell, barbell and machine exercises, and will be helped to do some bodyweight exercises along with yoga on a daily basis. The first week will consist of some basic exercises, and different tests will be conducted to evaluate how flexible Selina Kyle’s body is to move toward the intense workouts. During and after the exercise, her pulse rate and blood pressure will be checked, as well as well her fitness assessment will be done using different equipment and methodologies (Imamdin et al., 2017).
From the second to the fifth week, Selina will be asked to focus on basic to advanced exercises that are meant to strengthen the muscles of every client. During this period, I will keep checking her weight on a daily basis, and put her on more difficult exercises if her body and brain allowed her to. From the sixth to tenth week, she will remain on advanced aerobic exercises and reach the highest level of fitness (Yong-Fang & Yi, 2012). At that time, Selina will be requested to do high rep and low weight regimes every day while increasing the intensity of her cardiovascular exercises to burn extra fats. The eleventh and twelfth weeks are when Selina Kyle will be allowed to choose her own exercises depending on her physical and mental capabilities. If she chooses the basic exercises during this period, then she will be required to spend more time in the gym so that the consistency is maintained throughout the training program. On the other hand, if she opts for the advanced and tough exercises, then Selina Kyle will be allowed to spend an hour or two in the gym based on the weight she would have lost at that time (Casillas et al., 2014).
