From the patient’s health history, there are several areas of strength. Her areas of weakness include the long-hidden depression that creates a soft spot in her. Her inability to openly talk about some of her experiences, especially childbearing, shows that she might still be stuck in a hidden depressive state.
Patient’s Strengths

She is also very keen on her diet since good nutrition aids in lowering high blood pressure and maintaining a healthy weight. She avoids alcohol and drugs that may interfere with her body’s ability to fight illnesses and control high blood sugar and pressure. She takes her medications as prescribed and observes all the safety principles around her. She has a stable source of livelihood that involves her successful bakery, which helps her afford healthcare. She is positive-minded and humane, with her initiative to help the street children and psychologically unwell people. Areas of Concern
The patient had depression episodes approximately twenty years ago. Although she sought psychological assistance, her stand not to talk about the ordeal that led her to a depressive state shows that she is not fully healed. With this, any trigger or a repeat of such an occurrence can place her in a compromised health situation where she might suffer a relapse (Buckman et al., 2018). Her inability to speak out shows that the symptoms of depression may have been alleviated, but the illness was not completely cured.
