Adherence to Morality for Google Employees
Suppose someone in the organization were to learn of your concern about the moral problem that you have identified and threaten to tell your co-workers that you are a snitch. Develop a script that tries to persuade the accuser to back down and share it in your discussion post. Limit your post to 200 words.

Memo Stage 1 Discussion
It is our responsibility as Google employees to adhere to morality. Because of this belief, I have taken the step to write a memo to the head of artificial intelligence demonstrating the need for the company to address the public concerning the negative publicity on artificial research ethics. No organization is immune to moral challenges. In this case, the public is concerned about Google’s commitment to ethics. According to Kaptein (2011), wrongdoing occurs even with the best preventive measures. Although one of the leading companies in the technology space, Google is not immune to wrongdoing. Hence you and I must take moral ownership of the situation. Waiting for someone else to act would delay the action and promote the same problem (Jino & Dyaram, 2019).
