The article tries to explain the problems faced by people when they are in their workplaces in order to succeed. It addresses all workers from the top down to the junior workers. However, the article addresses the issue of competition and how to recruit workers who will make the company or the organization reach great heights. In addition, it gives solutions to problems that people face when they are at their workplaces i.e. both the workers and their managers. The article also insists on writing a budget to help businesses move ahead and reduce excessive costs. The article is focusing on individuals who want to succeed in their businesses (Welch, 19). On the other hand, it explains the best workers who can make a company prosper. However, it explains the importance of having a strategy in any business as it acts as the direction of the business. Also, the article explains the issue of balancing work and personal matters. Another problem that is being faced by many employees is lack of promotion. The article explains what one should do to attract promotion. It also gives solutions to individuals who work with bad bosses and how to cope with the situation.

One of the central pillars of the business practitioners is leadership (Welch, 99). Effective leadership ensures that the business flourish and achieve its goals. However, the managers of every business should ensure that they hire employees who are competent and can help the business realize its goals.
