In 500-750 words (not including the title page and reference page), develop an evaluation plan to be included in your final evidence-based practice project. Provide the following criteria in the evaluation, making sure it is comprehensive and concise:
Describe the rationale for the methods used in collecting the outcome data.
Describe the ways in which the outcome measures evaluate the extent to which the project objectives are achieved.
Describe how the outcomes will be measured and evaluated based on the evidence. Address validity, reliability, and applicability.
Describe strategies to take if outcomes do not provide positive results.
Describe implications for practice and future research.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.
You are required to submit this assignment to LopesWrite. Please refer to the directions in the Student Success Center.
Upon receiving feedback from the instructor, refine "Section G: Evaluation" for your final submission. This will be a continuous process throughout the course for each section.

Methods and Data Collection
Healthcare-associated infections (HAI) are frequently acquired while receiving treatment for another disease. To assess the state of HAIs, the researchers will conduct a survey-questionnaire to the patients and hospital staff. Survey-questionnaires are the appropriate tools to evaluate the prevalence of a disease or entity in a particular period. Also, it is the appropriate tool for the case and cross-sectional studies. Hence, this is concerned with the current state of the hospital. Furthermore, this study is concerned with gathering data on a large group (Indhiraki, Indu, Ray, et al., 2019).
Outcome Measures
Evaluation of Objectives
The outcome measures that will be used are limited by the knowledge between the medical and the non-medically related people. However, the outcome measures will be able to evaluate the most common infections encountered in the hospital, the most susceptible population, the most significant source of HAIs, the probable modes of transmission, the current protocol in preventing HAIs, and the most effective tools in preventing HAIs.
Validity, Reliability, and Applicability
The survey-questionnaire will depend on the outcome of the review of related literature. The construct validity is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, where the relationship between human social behaviours is analyzed (Moon & Jang, 2018). Also, this outcome measure is associated with a broader study that surveys the predominant pathogens and modes of transmission of HAIs in different countries.
The internal consistency reliability of the questionnaire will be determined using Cronbach's alpha to establish the correlation among variables. The internal consistency reliability is significant in verifying that uncorrelated errors among the questions. Moreover, it is supported by the Classical Test Theory, where multidimensional and complex figures are required to be evaluated to prevent the vi...
