In this process, you will review the published social work research article and be guided through the critical review process with the following series of questions. The task involves analyzing one article using the questions provided below. THE ARTICLE WILL BE on :Davidson, L., Borg, M., Izabel, M., Topor, A., Mezzina, R. and Sells, D. (2005). Process of recovery in serious mental illness: Findings from a multinational study. American Journal of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, 8(1), 177-801. NOTES: If the article is qualitative, answer only those relevant qualitative questions. If the article is quantitative, answer the quantitative questions. The research problem looks extensively into how best stressful situations can be handled and it has been stated in the review although it is not clear enough. It is of the purpose to gauge the usefulness of a colloquium on managing stress and avoiding burnout in favor of societal work students. A lot of bits of study have been carried out in past years that deem stress in constitutional social work; however, this particular study has leaned, without doubt, to center on cons in the lives of social workers by regarding discontent with the work, nonappearances from job and other corporeal, emotional and behavioral indicators of stress (Driscoll, 2010).

The significance of the problem and the relevance of the study have been discussed in the introduction part of the paper and a few details as to why the research problem is essential have been touched on within the context. The disciplines from which I have obtained my reference are Psychology, Literature and Sociology.
The type of literature review used in the research is information seeking and methodological since it has acknowledged various authors as their point of reference to support their study, (1990 - 2000). The review emphasizes the fulfillment social workers have about their job, reflects on good and detrimental coping plans that can be employed, gender disparities and the significance of diverse types of support in the job locale, particularly communal support group, convoyed by individual discrepancies linked to excellent confidence, personal stamina and flexibility. Societal job is a challenging work, where people frequently labor within legislative institutes that are topic to recurrent changes of strategies and performances, with relentless limitations of reserves. It goes without saying that quandaries exist in the enrollment and maintenance of staff, the morale of practitioners is meager; they are restless on their job and are not satisfied with the job and most end up seeking jobs in less severe areas (Kathy Black, 2012).
Concerning the scope of this literature review, it is evident that almost all details of research have been included because in the background, objectives pertaining to the research problem have been well covered and the references have been cited in a very comprehensive manner. The article reviews all relevant materials and its scope is not limited to very recent materials. Information herein has it that stress comprises three courses. Primary assessment includes the method of identifying a danger to oneself. Secondary assessment is the process of conveying to the mind a possible reaction to the danger.
