Victor Stevens et al.’s “Randomized Trial of a Brief Dietary Intervention to Decrease Consumption of Fat and Increase Consumption of Fruits and Vegetables” tested the computer-assisted counseling intervention efficiency to reduce diet-related cancer risk (Stevens et al., 2002). Although the study succeeded, it would not have relied on self-reported data and the low minority enrollment. Moreover, the counseling session time would have been increased to sixty minutes as opposed to forty-five minutes.
