Flannery O'Conner, "A Good Man Is Hard To Find"
This week, you'll be completing and submitting your Annotated Bibliography for essay 3. The essay 3 topics are located here: Essay 3 instructions.
The directions for the Annotated Bibliography are in Achieve. Remember:
You don't need to include your primary source (the story you're writing about) on your AB. It will appear later on the Works Cited of Essay 3.
You're not giving me your essay. You ARE giving me a list of all sources you'll be using for essay 3 along with a brief summary of each AND an explanation of how you'll use them in your essay.
Your work must be in MLA format. My favorite online MLA citation tool is https://owl(dot)purdue(dot)edu/owl/research_and_citation/mla_style/mla_formatting_and_style_guide/mla_formatting_and_style_guide.html
Make sure your sources are all listed in alphabetical order by author's last name.
Remember that you must use some of the sources I gave to you on the assignment.
This is a graded assignment. You can check the class syllabus to remind yourself exactly how much of your course grade relies on this assignment, but you should certainly take it seriously and do your best. Remember that all of last week's Achieve assignments focused on teaching you about Annotated Bibliographies, so you should be prepared to do this assignment.
