Purpose: The project is going to focus on the ways of getting a volunteer to work at a certain community. The community can be a charity organization or a non-profit organization.
Background
A volunteer can be defined as a person who offers themselves freely to take part in a certain task for a given period of time. Most of the community organizations that offer services to people rely on volunteers to perform their tasks. It is therefore essential to understand the various techniques that can be used by a community organization to recruit volunteers.
There are also different organizations in the world that require volunteers. Most of this organizations are non-profit making institutions whose intentions is to impact the society in different ways. There are also charitable organizations in the world that require the services of volunteers. In most cases, people who volunteer to work at this organizations are people who join the organization to learn and other people do it during their free time.
