The main financial aspect that will affect the implementation of the nursing shortage project is the cost. Employing new nurses means that the hospital has to set aside money that will be used for their payment. In addition, the use of the GetWellNetwork to reduce the shortage of nurses by creating extra time for them to attend to patients will require money. Therefore, a plan has to be set in place before the onset of the program because, without money, it will be impossible to implement it. The proposal will impact the cost both directly and indirectly because money is the main necessity for implementing the project.
