Personal Essay to be Admitted to a Nursing School

Personal Statement Instructions:

This is a Personal essay to be admitted to a nursing school.
I will paste all the school requirements including the questions.
I will first try to answer some of the questions but for the one I can't come up with the answers you can fill it up. I'm goal is to prove the admission to admit me.
Here are some answers
Academic History, I am currently attending south seattle community college to get my associate of arts, AA to be able to transfer to university, my performance is very good I am lately getting average from 3.3 to 4.0. I am improving each quarter.
My impacts, working as a CNA has a positive impact on me. I wanted to to to school and be a nurse so that I can help people more. I love my work environment and When you can see the impact you have in somebodies life by sometimes only offering basic support fills me with a great amount of pride and receiving letters like that only makes my passion for caring stronger.
Reason for current school. I'm want to leave my current school because they don't offer BSN program. So I haver to transfer to a university
Major and career goals, my mejor is nursing and my goal is to first became BSN and then work my way to NP.
Some of my aspirations came from my brother. He had AIDS so I took care of him while my parents had to work to make a living. So that inspired me to be a nurse and help as many people as I can
I'm prepared for nursing school. I know some people who graduated from UW and I have asked them all about it. I know it's challenging. I work a lot now so that I don't have to when I start nursing school. I have most of the experience of a nurse already so by working close to nurse so I'm aware of what's waiting for me
UW can help me get to my dream. And after BSN uw can help me to be NP too
Cultural awareness is very important because not everyone has the same background and experience. So it's always good to cheak. And cultural awareness has big impact on healthcare because Being culturally aware is important because the provider-patient relationship “is built on trust
I have a different cultures that's here so I know what it feels like when someone understand me. So my own culture has made it clear fro me the importance of cultural awareness.
Educational Challenges. Some of the challenges I has was working two jobs having sick dadand still going to school and getting good grades. I have to have 2 jobs because my dad was not earning much. And I have to send money to my mom too. But I had self principles and was successful to save for future as well. My dad is better now too and I have been volunteering at living comfort in Edmonds. I am a leader in my fork place being a manager I had to put in more hours and work under pressure and multitasking. But from all this I grew a lot of knowledge and ready for the next challenge

I am a mature, open-minded individual who loves taking up new challenges with the aim of ultimate achievement. I can relate my entire academic background and personal interests to nursing, having been involved in it, in virtually every step of my upbringing. It is out of this that I intend to even further my nursing knowledge and expertise. My main reason for leaving the current institution is because they don't offer BSN program.
My current stint is at South Seattle Community College where I aim to get my Associate of Arts, which will facilitate my further advancement and transfer to university.
