What activities have you performed that demonstrate your ability to work effectively with people?

I need to answer this question in order to apply for a dental school. Please I need the answer to be highly related to the dental field. thanks please i need the answer to be very specific to the question. i was born in iraq and i studied pharmacy for two years in iraq, because of the war 2003 i moved to jordan to study dentistry after graduation i came to usa, i am currently working as a dental assistant. during my studing in jordan, i used to go to my familly's dentist to observe him while he is working on patient and i learnd a lot from him specially from his personality( he is so confident and quite when he treats the patient). in usa, i am working as a dental assistant for more than seven different dentists in the same clinic, this helped me to learn so many techniques, and the ability to choose the best technique for each patient, and also i learned that the time is important for the patint and the dentist, so as a dentist we need to know how to respect the time. i am applying for the dental school. i want to study in usa because it's known that usa has all kinds of dental technology and i feel that learning these technology will help me to give patients the best treatment and help them to be satisfied in a more convenient way and in a faster way. and also i am volunteering in the american red cross, this helps me to understand how important is to help each other as a human being, its help me to test the good feeling when i provide the blood donaters with the help and food after there donation.and its help me to have a good communication with people because after they finish there donation i set with them and we start talk about the benefit of this experience.
