In my first year of college, I withdraw some classes. I want to explain to them why I did it. I want to say something like I do not have experience during first year of college that why it happened

I followed a strict routine, a strict diet, a strict lifestyle. I wanted to make my stay in college as perfect as possible.
But despite all the preparation I did, I found myself inundated with biology and physics concepts that my brain just couldn’t grasp. I studied harder, read longer, hoping that my persistence would pay off somewhat. But still, I was behind my coursework, and I had trouble keeping up with class discussions...
