Once certified, how do you plan on using your Nutrition Coach Certification? What type of population will you be able to work with, and what type of coaching strategies will you be able to use? Is there any population that you will not be able to work with?
Once certified, I plan to get to start working immediately in helping ensure that we have a healthy population. People may have their health fitness goals but be unable to achieve these mainly because they do not have information on how to get to these points. Some of these goals may include dealing with some digestive issues, weight loss, physical fitness, mental clarity, or weight management. These goals may look easy on the surface, but people often go through a lot as they try to ensure they remain true to their goals. My intention and commitment will be to people with such goals. Currently, the percentage of people with mental health issues is skyrocketing. I believe that with my skills, I can be of help by offering wellness advice. I want to live in a community where stress is not a major health issue like it is today. So, I intend to get involved and work towards making sure those around me and anyone I can reach is leaving a healthy life. Blogging appears to be a major channel of creating a loyal community, and I intend to use it as a means to achieve my desired end, which is a healthy society.
