Introduction
Health matters have existed since classical period until the contemporary world. The introduction of technology in human relations and production purposes has really influenced the health of persons largely. Industrialization has led to both challenges in the healthcare provision as well as opportunities vital in taking up the challenges. It is true prevention is better and cheaper than cure. Embarking on a mission of preventing diseases and complications through preventive measures will go a long way in enhancing well-being of the society thereby increasing the productivity hence economic growth not only of the nation involved but also of the whole world.
Management of certain complications has become useful tools in ensuring sound health of persons. Driven by this quest, this speech gives an overview of how to manage clients with a complex musculoskeletal based on social factors. Through this management, the underlined factors are determined on how they can be used to influence the clinical assessment approach of the same subject and the choice of outcome measurement applicable in the management of the discussed complications.

Managing clients with a complex musculoskeletal presentation requires an understanding of the internal (patient) and external (environmental) factors, which can influence assessment and intervention. Some of those themed factors include history of presenting client; patients expectations, beliefs, and opinions; systems such as existing referral pathways; and social factors such as family support, giving mutual hope through love and care, and various social lifestyles experienced within the community of the client (McGill 2007, p139).
Musculoskeletal disorder is a condition or state, in which a part of musculoskeletal system is injured through any form of injury including the trauma (both minor and significant traumas), insidious injuries, and the likes. A condition traumatizes the body from all aspect other than the injured part. This is because the impulses are transmittable through to the brain resulting into pain in major and minor parts of the body. The conditions are however focused on the bodily joints within an individual. It is important to manage such kind of disorder in order to minimize the extent of pain felt throughout the body because of the trauma or injury in the joints (Sammut & Searie-Beanes 2002, p136).
