Relationship between pets and human. Research Proposal.

Research Proposal Instructions:

Required:
A proposal for your Creative Project, incorporating references to critical research carried out, and reflecting awareness of the medium.
Three images that support your proposed project and methodology. These images are test images that reflect the direction you propose to take. The images are not expected to be ‘final’ images at this stage, but they should illustrate your intention in some way, and be used to support the discussion throughout the proposal.
Project Planning Section
Your proposal needs to include the following elements:
Your choice of theme, and style of photography (and why).
Your idea and the inspiration/context for your idea.
Integrated research on your chosen theme and approach, both into the work of other photographers, independent research and reference to module material. Include a bibliography at the end of your proposal.
An awareness of the ethics of representation with relation to your proposed method of approach to the theme.
Evidence of experimentation, you should refer to the supporting images and suggest how they communicate your intention.
Note: images need to be saved as j-pegs, not tiffs, for this particular assessment. These images must not be merely technical ‘test shots’ but photographs which reflect a clear engagement with the subject matter of your proposal, and should reflect proposed styles and methods of approach.
You may submit up to TWO of these photographs as part of your final Creative Project, should you be timely enough to achieve what you want early on, however, this must be discussed with your tutor first.
Project Planning Section :
Production time scale (this should include all elements of final project production).
Camera equipment you propose to use.
A budget (itemize individual items, and include total; do not forget items such as complimentary prints).
Note 1: You can use the ‘first person’ (i.e. ‘I’) for your proposal. It’s a good idea to use scanned images (eg. of those photographs which have inspired you). Every scanned image must be referenced (photographer’s name, name of monograph, plus caption) and annotated (it must be there for a reason; just saying “I like this image’ isn’t enough. You need to say WHY you are inspired by the image, etc.
Note 2: Please check your spelling and grammar carefully. Do not totally rely on the computer spell-check or translation tools. Proof read your proposal several times before submission, in the same way as all your written work submitted for assessment. You could ask a native English speaker to help proof read If English is not your first language.
Note 3:. The word length for your proposal should include any footnotes (optional) but exclude your bibliography.
Note 4: Use a consistent referencing style throughout – whatever you normally use for your written work at Sussex (Harvard is fine…)
This is a photography project proposal. I'd like to take photos of pets and their owners on the street or pets lying by the window. Talking about the question that what relationship is between us and how they feel at home.

Relationship between Pets and Human
Sharing a home with a dog, horse, rabbit, cat and any other furry creature makes us understand the caring and loving bond that exist between the pet owner and the non-human animal (Carter, 2016). Owners love the pets, and the pets love them back; thus, the two becoming a family. Living with an animal can be one of the exciting moments for many individuals (Hess, 2015). This because people can play with them, share their feelings and emotions and feel secure.

Every human being that has ever owned a pet understands that they have the capacity of offering these pets a kind unconditional love (Hess, 2015). Pets give individuals excellent emotional and loving support. The image above illustrates the unconditional love between the lady and the dog (Carter, 2016). The gentle nudge of a wet nose comes unbidden, especially when humans feel upset or down. Touching our pets can result in therapeutic effects on them. On the other hand, stroking a cat, rabbit, horse or even a dog can help us to lower our blood pressure and relieve stress.
Dogs are known to be the only species that like a human, this makes them run us when they are anxious, frightened or when they are pleased to see us back home (Peterson, 2018). Dogs have different ways of expressing their love. For example, dogs give their owners a warm welcome when they get back home from work (Carter, 2016). When one opens the door, the pet greets them with their leap, gives then a face lick and tail wags around them. Moreover, dogs are known to be one of the animals that seek eye contacts with humans (Peterson, 2018). Dogs like spending most of their time with people to show them unconditional love (Hess, 2015). Most of the people feel more comfortable when their favourite pet is lying in their living room. Some say that they feel more secure since they are not alone in the house.
Some people say that they feel more comfortable having pets around rather than the way they feel when they are with their relatives or friends (Carter, 2016). Having a pet in the home compound plays a significant role in relieving stress which can result in life-threatening diseases. Living with a pet makes people responsible for their safety and the safety of the animal (Hess, 2015). This creates a strong bond between them, resulting from being more compassionate and loving. The relationship preven...
