The best management information system that the company should implement is Microsoft Dynamics 365. The software can help the internal information system control the firm’s data since it prioritizes data privacy and security, among other business functionalities. Microsoft Dynamics 365 facilitates process control, management report system, inventory control, sales and marketing, human resource, accounting and finance, decision support system, executive information system, transaction process system, and proper data storage (Piyush).
Proposed Information System
TTEC Holdings should stop using shadow IT and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365. Indeed, Microsoft Dynamics 365 will give the company’s internal information system complete control of the company’s data. The most significant thing about this system is that it gathers all data and stores it appropriately. Employees and executive leaders gave different preferences to access the information they wanted. As such, an organization can analyze the financial data within a specific period and interpret it to know the best strategies that should be implemented. As an employee of TTEC Holdings, I recommend the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. The primary functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 are inventory control, data storage and privacy, management report system, decision support system, and transaction process system. The inventory control will ensure that daily records of transactions are recorded such that the firm can print weekly, monthly, or yearly reports to see its performance. The decision support and management report systems facilitate the analysis and use of saved data to inform executive leaders on things that the company should avoid or implement to promote its performance. Besides, Microsoft Dynamics 365 will not need the integration with other third-party applications, meaning that the recorded data will be secure and available for use by TTEC Holdings when the need arises.
