The Blind Side
The blind side is an inspiration kind of movie that is based on a story line about the foster program for kids in the United States. The plot unfolds with the introduction of a young man; Michael Oher, who lives from foster to foster but keeps on escaping to see his mother who is a crack addict. Later on in the movie, he is welcomed to the Tuoy family and goes on to play and become a profession in football (The Blind Side). While the plot is a masterpiece when it comes to the role it plays in bringing out the foster issue as is stands in America, the main role of this report is to conceptualize the underlying features in the film. It analyses the principles of communication in the movie, the team approach as portrayed by the movie and finally, the management perspectives as illustrated by the film.
First 25 Words Spoken at the 22nd Minute of the Movie
At the 22 minute of the film, Leigh Anne, her husband and SJ to find Collins watching the television while her face is covered with facial treatment product, brings Big Mike home. Without knowing that the family has a guest accompanying them, she asks: “How did the dork do in the school play?” This question is directed to the three family members with regard to SJ. On noticing Big Mike, she is startled: “Umm…..Okay”. That is when her mother introduces her to big Mike: “Collins, you know Big Mike from the school?” She afterwards directs Mike to the place where he is supposed to sleep: “I would have given you the best bedroom, but it’s full of sample boxes”. “And the section of the family room slides apart when you sleep on it”. “At least that’s what Sean says”. Big Mike then asks: “Mr. Tuoy sleeps on the couch?” and Anne replies: “Only when he is bad”. “Alright, the power room’s right there and we’ll be upstairs if you need us...
