Choose an independent animator whose work speaks to you. Prepare research on the animator’s work that includes critical analysis of at least two of their films, contextual information on the time period of their film, biographical information, and visual samples of their work.
Need to include in your essay references and citations from a minimum of two scholarly secondary sources (such as articles in academic journals or academic books) on the film and/or topic you have selected.
Film reviews and non-academic on-line sources may be included if necessary, but only in addition to the two (or more) scholarly secondary sources.
Length: 6-8 pages
Paper: Use 8.5 by 11 inch paper
Margins: Use 1 inch margins all around.
Spacing: Your essay should be double-spaced throughout, including blocked quotations, notes, and the works cited page.
Your paper does not need a title page. At the top of the first page at the left-hand margin, type your name, your instructor’s name, the course name and number, and the date – all on separate, double-spaced lines. Then double-space again and center the title above your text. Doublespace again before beginning your text. The title should be neither underlined nor written in caps. Capitalize only the first, last, and principal words of the title.
Page numbers: your last name and the page number should appear in the top right hand corner throughout the document.

Its format can be in 2D and 3D. animation takes a scope of channel. Presently, the backgrounds and drawings of animators are either drawn directly into a computer system or scanned. Hand drawn animation was very popular in the 20th century for it was used a lot. The slightest difference with it was the flame of the film that was drawn individually. Notably, characters of the drawings were traced onto sheets called cels which were transparent and color was drawn from the backside. The characters of the cels were put onto the motion pictures film from the background side and a rostrum camera was used in photography. This process however, became outdated in the 21st century. In 1937, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs became a family entertainments new form making Walt Disney what it is today and what it will be for the future generations to come. Walt Elias Disney was an incredible director, film producer, voice actor, screen writer, animator, philanthropist and entrepreneur. He left an amazing impact and inspiration to the lives of many people and a wonderful change to the movie world. His most popular creations in the world of animation is mickey mouse, Alice in Wonderland, Donald Duck and Snow White. His name is the brand of the Walt Disney company among others. Walt led a fascinating life and brought immense improvement to the field of entertainment. For this case, Walt Disney will be remembered as the greatest entertainer of all times. The work of his film is still being adapted because his namesake company and studio continue the high standards in the popular entertainment production. Disney moved to Kansas in pursuit of a career in artistry for a newspaper in 1919. Through his brother, he was employed at the Pesmen Rubin Art Studio where he met Ub Iwerks, a cartoonist. At the Kansas City Film Ad Company, Disney designed commercials from cutout animation and it is during this time that he began his experience with a camera. He later opened an animation and recruited Fred Harman from the ad company to be his first employee. The two, came into an agreement with a local theatre in Kansas to be screening their cartoons known as Laugh -O-Grams. Over time, the cartoons became very popular that Disney managed to open his own studio and gave it the same name as the cartoon. However, in 1923, the studio burdened with debt made Disney to declare bankruptcy. Through generations and throughout civilization, fairytales on Disney movies have had a soul changing experience. Not only are they recreational stories, but they also reflect the social convictions and ideologies of different cultures which are part of the human instincts.
