you will be required to conduct an interview with each other. Each interview will be 5-10 minutes in length. You will be conducting an interview for the full-time position of cook in a casual upscale establishment with seating for 75 people. Salary will be $15.00/hour with a 40-hour work week consisting mainly of nights and weekends.
So you have to write one section one page:

Section 3)Critique (20 marks)
1) You may use questions from any available resources or come up with some of your own.
2) You should have 5-6 questions that should be relevant to the scenario. Each person will submit a list of questions they asked ;
3)And conduct a critique of their partner after the interview. During the critique suggestions for improvement will be made. Constructive professional, positive, and negative there will always be room for improvement. A minimum of 4 points will be given (speaking, body language, appropriate dress, starting with “Um” etc.).

Section Two: Questions
A full-time cook mainly cooks and serves dishes. The position requires an extent of education qualification, including a minimum of a high school diploma. This level of education helps the cook portray basic kitchen skills and apply the knowledge required for the position. In the interview for the full-time cook position, three major types of questions were asked: operational/situational questions, role-specific questions, and behavioral questions. According to Staller (2022), role-specific questions assessed the interviewee’s knowledge of various roles and responsibilities in the full-time cook position. Situational questions assessed the interviewee’s ability to solve common problems amicably and timely. Behavioral questions assessed the interviewee’s collaborative, communication, creative and critical thinking and problem-solving skills (Roberts, 2020).
