I would like you to research in the library a journal article (Case Study). As an example, students may be interested in critical infrastructure failures. You could look at new or historically significant cases: New York City Blackouts, Exon's oil spills, IT related banking fraud cases or current Net Neutrality issues.
First, I would like you to summarize the case study. Specifically, in your summary, I would like you to address a project charter area that may have influenced the outcome of the case.
Example: The charter's communication plan may have failed in the Exon Mobile reporting of incidents to senior leadership.
This paper should not exceed 3 pages with citations. Please write using only APA Style.
I'm looking forward to your success!

Deepwater Horizon
The Deepwater Horizon oil spill went down as the largest oil spill ever. The oil spill, also known as the BP oil spill, was a disaster that left the world lamenting over the inconsistencies and grave misconduct of the oil industry. The man in the middle of this disaster goes by the name Tony Hayward. Hayward was the CEO of BP from May 2007 to October 2010. As...
