Natures Organics is a company that is committed to manufacturing, distributing, and selling eco-friendly products. It focuses on customers that have of hopes of improving their surrounding by reducing chemical pollution and conserving the environment. The company also targets consumers who intend to clean their homes without exposing themselves to chemical harm. Integrated marketing commutation is useful in passing targeted promotional messages to the customers that the company expects to purchase particular products (Finne, & Grönroos, 2017). Natures Organics’ through its Earth Choice products intends to provide middle-aged individuals since they prefer eco-friendly products that would allow them to clean without exposure to harmful chemicals.
Company Situation Analysis
Understanding customer profile is an important aspect of organizational success. At present customers utilize various platforms to interact with organizations to help the firms understand their needs, preferences, and experiences. Companies are likely to create products that satisfy their customers’ needs and preferences if they understand their purchasing power, age, and buying behaviors (Lemon & Verhoef, 2016). Natures Organics is a firm that targets adults aged between 45 and 65 as customers for its products. Individuals aged 45 to 65 prefer environmentally friendly products that are offered by the company. According to a report published by the Reserve Bank of Australia in 2020, Australian middle-aged and older adults have a higher purchasing power compared to young adultsbecause the latter have more disposable income (Cokis & McLoughlin, 2020). The report further indicatesolder households save less of their current earning than households that have younger people. As a result, Natures Organics focuses on middle-aged and older adults who are more environmentally conscious and have a higher preference for its products, more disposable income, and a higher purchasing power.
Natures Organics’ brand that target older adults is called the Earth Choice which allows customers to clean their homes without causing harm to the environment. All the products under the Earth Choice brand are made using plant-based brand are made using plant-based ingredients (Natures Organics, n.d.). Earth Choice offers are also free of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and perform exceptionally without exposing the users and their environment to harmful chemicals. Additionally, Earth Choice products offered by Natures Organics are packaged using 100% recycled and recyclable plastics. The products are an ideal expectation of Australian adults who have become particularly environmentally conscious over the past decade.
