Understanding the personal experiences of individuals in their Medicare subscriptions is important for any healthcare provider. It allows him, not only to be able to assess the individual’s needs and capabilities, but also help in the overall improvement of the health program. Accordingly, I conducted this interview in order to further learn about the intricacies, strengths, and weaknesses of the Medicare program from the perspective of individual users. After conducting the interview, I realized that while Medicare benefits are very important and necessary for the improvement of one’s access to quality healthcare, there are still some improvements that are left to be done so that it would truly be a beneficial for everyone.
