An organizational change I have experienced before involved the introduction of a new store manager. The store was not meeting its sales targets, and the new manager was brought in to turn things around. I was significantly impacted by the change primarily because I had developed a close working relationship with the previous manager. I was also not sure what the new manager would bring about his expectations and the processes of work. I understood that the store was not performing according to expectations, but I was uncertain about the new manager's changes.
