The nursing practice involves an evidence-based practice in which it involves diagnosis and treatment processes by applying human experiences of health and illness. Nursing as a profession requires integrating various aspects of nursing, including working ethics, vast knowledge in nursing practice, and other personal attribution, to ensure that professionalism is upheld in the field of work (DeNisco, 2019). As a nurse, I have gained vast knowledge in the nursing profession, especially when handling real-life practice situations. Therefore I have learned to work under the nursing practice guidelines since it is part of the working ethics. Evidence-based practice is one of the skills and knowledge I am competent to make crucial decisions when handling patients.
