Philosophy
Teaching the art of piano is a call here. We enjoy giving the best teaching on all levels of people from beginners, including children, intermediate, to sharpening advanced skills. Music builds discipline and harnesses patience. Playing the piano is facilitated by listening skills, sight-reading, and technique application.
For beginner students from the age of 5 to 11, we apply the Bastien Piano Basics. This is a well-renowned method made of five different skills best suitable for the youngest piano students.
For intermediate and advanced, we give freedom of selection on which method to apply depending on different levels of prerequisite skillset. However, the classes solely focus on the classical piano collection, allowing the students to work on different types of music, including pop, classic jazz sounds, and more.
Lesson Scheduling
We have sufficient and reserved space for each student, understanding that lessons must be achieved each week between xx am and xx pm. Between these hour limits, there will be lessons of xx minutes each.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are available for any age and level of piano skills only on Thursdays and Fridays, whereby a hired private tutor will be assigned. Private lessons will incur additional costs.
Summer Tutoring
Summer lessons are usually during xx each year with a well-considered summer timetable set aside and clearly shows weeks on a session during xx months.
Covid-19 Compliance
Every student is expected to sanitize before entering the studio. The piano keys are sanitized after every student completes practice. Any other places that students come into contact with are sanitized in between lessons.
Payment
The tuition fee is $xx per month. The preferred method of payment is a credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or American Express. Payments will be billed on the first day of each month. If a credit card has an issue, it should be resolved by the 10th of each month; otherwise, late payment penalties of $xx apply. If not paid after xxth, student attendance will be suspended until full monthly fees are cleared.
