It is my privilege to provide a reference for Tee concerning the master's course. I have always been extremely impressed with his exceptional intellect. When I first met him in the HSBC building around 2019, he worked in the digital data team, supporting data and insights work for the Asia Pacific market. I was one of his stakeholders who worked super closely with him though in another team. I remember he stood out as an analytics instructor in the department, which is no small accomplishment. Most colleagues would go to him for anything relevant to digital and groups’ performances. Since he was considered of excellent ability to coordinate, he worked with so many stakeholders and with different colleagues every day. He has adequately possessed the ability to solve everyone's issues, analyze, solve their problems and provide sufficient feedback in every meeting.

Pros
- He is really good when it comes to resolving conflicts with his great negotiation skills. I once witnessed how he resolved a conflict between different stakeholders and the compliance team, and that was amazing as he listed some of the possible solutions during the meeting.
